Instructions

begin by taking 3 small bowls. In the first bowl add the beaten egg, in the second bowl add the flour and in the third bowl add the breadcrumbs along with the chilli flakes, oregano and garlic granules

slice the mozarella into sticks around 2cm thick, wash the mozarella sticks under water to make it sticky and then dip into the flour and fully coat them

Now dip each stick into the egg and then dip into the breadcrumbs to fully coat. Repeat the last steps dipping back into the egg for the second time and then the breadcrumbs. Doing this will help keep the mozarella from leaking out during the cooking

place the mozarellla sticks into the freezer for 30mins

remove the mozarella sticks from the freezer and place into the air fryer leaving room around each stick. Spray with olive oil and cook on 200c for around 5-8 minutes, turning half way. They are done when they are slightly browned and the mozarella has began to slightly leak from the breadcrumbs
