Instructions

heat the oil in a pan over a low heat then add the garlic and cook until it turns light brown. Then add the onion, cauliflower and carrot. Cook for around 5 minutes or until onion is translucent

Add the cucumber, tomato, pineapple and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.

 Add the vegetable stock and turn the heat up high and cook until boiling for 2 minutes

add the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and tomato sauce

mix the corn flour with the water and add to the pan. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens
