    vegetable stock
350 ml
  soy sauce
1 tsp
    sesame oil
0.5 tsp
     rice vinegar
0.25 tsp
     sambal oelek   chilli
0.25 tsp
spring onions for garnish

Instructions

add the vegetable stock to a pan along with noodles and cook for a couple of minutes until they are almost cooked.

add the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sambal and then transfer to a bowl once the noodles are cooked
