How to make kim chi fries

 potatoes   cut into fries

   olive oil
1 tbsp
 kim chi   chopped
50g
   soy sauce
1 tsp
     sugar
0.5 tsp
     gochujang

  spring onion

Instructions

begin by cutting the potatoes into 0.5 - 1cm fries and coat them in the olive oil. The thicker the fries, the longer they will take in the air fryer. Cook them for 16 -24 mins depending on the thickness, shaking the basket halfway through

When there is around 5mins left for the fries to finish cooking, add the kim chi into a pan and begin to saute it on a low-medium heat, cook for around 2mins before adding the soy, sugar and gochujang  and cook for another 2mins

Once the fries are finished cooking mix them together with the kim chi and then serve them onto a plate

top with cheddar cheese, sesame seeds and spring onions
