Ingredients

How to make Air fryer fried cheese czech style

  1. Arrange three shallow bowls in a row, Bowl 1: All-purpose flour. Bowl 2: One egg, beaten until smooth and runny. Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs

  2. Lightly moisten the cheese with water (this acts as a primer). Dredge the cheese in the flour, shaking off any excess so only a thin film remains

  3. Dip the floured cheese into the egg wash, ensuring it's fully submerged. Roll it in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help them stick.Repeat: Dip the cheese back into the egg wash and then back into the breadcrumbs. This second layer creates a thick "shell" that prevents the cheese from leaking out while cooking

  4. Place the coated cheese in the air fryer basket (don't crowd them!). Give them a generous spray of olive oil. Cook on 200c for 4-6 minutes flipping half way and spraying with more olive oil spray
